Why book it with us? Our white water rafting sessions are one of the best ways to get started in this adrenaline-packed activity, with just the right balance of exhilarating rapid water and easy paddling.

Each raft holds 6 people and will be guided by a thoroughly qualified instructor. This activity could take up to three hours or more.

Our sessions take place on the River Teifi in West Wales, and you'll be able to see some of the most magnificent scenery in the country.

There are three parts of rapids within the journey, starting with a Grade 2 and progressing to a Grade 3 Rapid after a delightful excursion following the river around bends and playing games. After that, there's a short section through the countryside until the trip concludes with a Grade 4 Rapid.

We provide all of your equipment; all you have to do is show up ready to have a good time!

The activity starts at 9:30 or 1:30 and goes on for around 3 hours. Get in touch before booking in order to set up a time that's convenient for you.
