If you want to learn to surf from scratch or improve your technique, come and enjoy this surfing course at Roche.
The first thing you should know is that you will be in the hands of professional guides, all of them certified by the Spanish Surf Federation. The total duration of the course is 2 hours, which we will distribute as follows:
- 35 minutes of theoretical knowledge about surfing and its basic notions. You will also know all the materials of the equipment, as well as its maintenance. You will also learn the safety measures and practice how to stand on the board on the sand.
- The rest of the time will be practice in the water, which will be in one way or another depending on the sea conditions that day.
For the course we also provide you with all the material.
