With O'Neill Surf Academyyou can give free rein to your passion for marine sports, especially surfing. We have a group of specialized instructors who will provide you, from their own experience and professionalism, with surf classes that are as exciting as they are fun. With us we assure you that you will have a great time.
We have courses and services for both children and adults. Some of our options are:
- Surf classes: both individual and group for different ages. With us you will learn to know the waves better and how to catch them, in addition to previously working on balance and the so-called "standing up". We have all the specific material for beginners, such as the "soft" board, as well as other help tools such as elastic bands.
- Paddle surf classes: for different levels and all ages, with a theoretical part and a practical part, each lasting an hour and a half. To learn paddle surfing we find three phases, such as theory, practice and warm-up. We emphasize paddling techniques and complete the learning with routes.
The teachers will be in charge of providing you with the equipment that you must bring to do the activities and the material necessary for them.

Summary Paddle Boarding
With O'Neill Surf Academy Roche you can do not only surf classes, but also other types of nautical activities such as Stand Up Paddle or paddle surf, for example.
Our paddle surf classes are divided by ages and experience levels. This way the instructor will be able to give a paddle surf session completely adapted to the level of each group, focusing on making them improve in what they are worst at.
These classes last an hour and a half and are theoretical-practical. First the theoretical part is given and later we move on to a physical warm-up on land, thus preventing possible cramps or pulls, since it is a physical exercise in which, although it may not seem like it, practically the entire body moves. Above all we focus on men, the back and the knees, since standing posture, if not done well, can cause damage to our back. Finally, when we enter the water, the instructor will also accompany us to ensure that there are no problems throughout the practice in the sea.
