With this introductory course you will learn the main surfing techniques and the basic forms of movement and control on the board. All our classes begin with a warm-up and a brief theoretical introduction regarding the state of the sea, the formation of waves and currents, the types of waves, etc.
Once we have clear concepts and have practiced the different techniques on the board in the sand, we will dive into the water and start practicing with real waves.
We will also teach you how to catch and surf a broken wave, comeback on foam, body positioning on the board, stand up...
Classes will be 2 hours and 30 minutes daily for 5 days!
