Deal overview
In this course you will get closer to competitive surfing, for which we will give one lesson a day for 5 days. Each class will be 2:30 h and an elite surfer will work with you intensively so that you give your best. We will do the sessions on the Lozán coast since our experience tells us that we will have waves on a regular basis.
In addition to teaching you a multitude of maneuvers and perfecting some others, in the itinerary of this course we will delve into the strategies to follow to be able to fight for a podium. We will even guide you on how to work, showing you specific exercises and training that you must follow in order to be at the highest level.
This course is available to start any day, because the important thing is to adapt to your schedules. The only requirement is to be at least 2 people.
