Deal overview
We will get up and have breakfast, we will put on our suit and get ready to take the boards, we will warm up to prevent injuries and we will reconnoitre the sea and the environment, explaining how the wind influences the waves and their formation.
The surf training lasts two hours in which first we will train dry to be clear about the movements in the water and finally we will get into the water so after the physical effort We will stretch and eat. We must note that surfing is a sport that requires 6 basic disciplines: resistance, strength, reaction speed, flexibility, coordination and balance and although it is not essential to be trained, it is true that they are reinforce and train all the physical qualities that surround surfing.
During this week we will learn about oceanography, marine diversity and we will go on bicycle excursions, every day we have a different activity prepared!
*The camp runs from the 1st to the 8th of July.
