Surf camp in Oleiros 7 days in summer

What better way to spend a summer than to be in the water and learn to surf in the Atlantic waters that bathe the A Coruña coast of Oleiros.

The surf camp will take place for 7 days (6 nights) in the town of Oleiros in the summer months.
It is aimed at children from 10 years old to 17 years old.

Weekly shifts are shown on the calendar.

During the surf camp approximately 20 hours of surf classes will be taught, following the following daily itinerary:

• First of all, a theoretical class will be given, to then be able to properly carry out the practice.
• Secondly, a warm-up with stretching will be carried out to prepare the body for the activity.
• Third, into the water! We will do practical surfing. The groups are 6 children per monitor, divided by level and age.

During the classes, to reinforce their learning and see what mistakes each one makes, they will be recorded in video and photos, so that I will also keep a memory of the experience.

Other activities that will be carried out during the stay are:

• Water polo.
• Swimming.
• Volleyball.
• Soccer.

Sightseeing excursions and cultural visits:

• House of the Fish.
• House of Sciences.
• Planetarium.
• Aquapark.
• House of Man.
• Shopping in La Coruña.

We will also have theme parties, nighttime barbecues, camping trips, workshops, etc.

The accommodation will take place in a modern residence with more than 15,000 m2 of space with common areas and rooms for 4 people, where students will be divided by age and sex. Full board is also included with menus prepared by a team of nutritionists.

This summer you will be able to attend the best surf camp, which we will hold in the town of Oleiros over 10 days, in different shifts.

It is a camp aimed at boys and girls aged 10-17. The dates you can come are marked on our calendar. They are 10-day shifts.

During this camp, we will teach a total of 28 hours of surf classes, the structure of which is as follows:

• Theoretical part, essential to be able to carry out the practice correctly later.
• Warm-up: we stretch and prepare our body and mind for the activity.
• Practice: the realization of surfing as such. There will be one monitor for every 6 students.

During the classes, a monitor will take photos and videos from the shore, so that you can take them with you later as a souvenir. Additionally, we will use the videos to analyze errors and explain how to improve.

Students will be grouped by age and level.

In addition to surfing classes, we will practice many other sports:

• Water polo.
• Swimming.
• Volleyball.
• Soccer.

We will also do a multitude of tourist visits in the surrounding area:

• House of the Fish.
• House of Sciences.
• Planetarium.
• Aquapark.
• House of Man.
• Shopping in La Coruña.

Other activities that we will carry out are the following:

• Theme parties.
• Barbecue.
• Camping.
• Evening evenings.
• Workshops.
• Games.

Accommodation takes place in our center, with rooms for 4 people, grouping students by age and sex. Full board is included, with snack.
