Practice surfing on the well-known"La Salbaje" beach in Sopelana, 25 minutes by metro from Bilbao and live a unique experience in a completely remodeled 19th century farmhouse, with unprecedented facilities in this type of camps.
The "La Salbaje" Surfcamps are located in the town of Sopelana where you can surf in an unparalleled place that remains practically virgin and has been the birthplace of some of the best surfers on the continent. An ideal place for both beginners and surfers with a higher level.
The "La Salbaje" school has been in operation since 2004 and its instructors are locals who are knowledgeable about the environment and certified by the surf federation. The surf camp takes place at Moana Surf & Skate hostel and can accommodate up to 75 people. It is located in the heart of the Basque forest but just 1.4 km from the metro that connects directly to Bilbao and 7 minutes from the beach.
Our modern facilities have a bar, a covered and heated swimming pool, a complete skatepark for beginners and another for professionals, a climbing wall, table tennis, barbecues and a 10,000 m2 garden area.
Our Surf camp will make you immerse yourself in the exciting world of surfing. In addition to surfing, which is the main course, it also includes yoga, skate and/or longboard classes, guided tours, a climbing initiation class, archery, bike excursions, yoga classes, everything so you can spend unforgettable days. In addition to all this you can enjoy our theme parties.
The "La Salbaje" school has been in operation since 2004 and its instructors are locals who know the environment and are certified by the surf federation. Some of them with a long tradition in the world of competition. Surf classes are divided into groups by age and level. It doesn't matter if you already have a surfing level or if it is your first time, the courses adapt to you.

I love it. The experience, is a camp, you share with other campers not only the bedroom in bunk beds, but much more, activities, restlessness, laughter and everything under the care of the family of Moana, you really enjoy the stay. Great all.
