Winter gives us one of the most beautiful images of the year, the snowy mountain. To enjoy this landscape, we suggest a snowshoe excursion of about 8 km. Are you ready for your new adventure in the Sierra de Berja?

The starting point of this nine snowshoe excursion will be theLa Covatilla ski resort. The route will be guided by our monitor, who will adapt at all times to the conditions of the group, to enjoy the experience to the fullest. The round trip will be about 8 kilometers. We will enjoy for 3 and a half hours!

At 2300 meters above sea level we will head towards the Cardosa circus to reach the Canchal Negro. Since it is one of the highest points in the entire province of Salamanca, you will have the opportunity to see the most beautiful snow-covered panoramic views of the Sierra de Gredos, giving special prominence at the top of Almanzor, LaCovacha and La Ceja.

And since we know that you will get hungry, once at the top of the route, there is nothing better than treating yourself to an appetizer and a warm broth. We also include the photo report so that you always remember this moment.

Don't forget to bring warm clothes and boots because as you know you will be surrounded by snow, a snow backpack and protective cream.
