On this 12 km route you will pass through a snow-covered black pine forest and walk through the vast white plains of Alta Ribagorza.
The climb up the mountain is simple, it is done gradually, so it will not require much from you on a technical level. The route will take you to knowPrats d’Aiguadassiand, thus, finally reach the Estany Llong, which is located at the foot of Portarró d’Espot.
The itinerary will take place from the Vall de Boí. For this reason, you will also see up close the Romanesque churches of this area declared a World Heritage Site. In addition, we will stop at the Sant Esperit viewpoint. From this point you will see spectacular views of the Sant Nicolau valley.
Another point we will pass through will be the interior of a forest that will take us to the Pi de Peixerani.
As it is a winter activity and in the snow, you will have to come equipped with warm and comfortable clothing. Also, you need to come with hiking boots, food, water and sun protection.
*The climb to Planell de Sant Esperit and the return to Boí will be done by 4x4 taxi. (This service is not included in the price)
