Morrón del Mediodía snowshoe route and photos

With this snowshoe route to ascend the peak of Morrón del Mediodía, in Sierra Nevada, you will not only discover wonderful corners that are easy to visit with this shoe, but you will test yourself in a unique way.

We will begin the journey from Puerto de la Ragua. From there our mountain technician who will accompany you throughout the snowshoe excursion will begin to provide you with the material you need for the activity as well as explain the entire route that we will take.

We will ascend to an altitude of approximately 2760 m so we understand that, if you have decided to participate in this snow adventure, it is because you already have a certain level in this winter sport. It is true that Puerto de la Ragua is located at just over 2000 m, so the difference in altitude to Morrón del Mediodía is not extreme.

This peak is considered one of the most spectacular that we can find in the Marquisate of Zenate so you know beforehand that this snowshoe ascent is going to be intoxicating.

During the tour our guide will explain everything you need to know about each corner that we will pass through in the Sierra Nevada National Park as well as giving you advice so that you can progress on snowshoes. All this, while we take photographs of the best moments and in the best corners.
