It doesn't matter if you have already practiced it before or if your level is still beginner, we will adapt to your level. You will have a specialized monitor to monitor you and make sure that you learn and that you can perfectly apply the knowledge learned.
Each class will be approximately 1 hour, but this may vary depending on your level and the time you want to dedicate to it.
The groups will be up to a maximum of 5 people to guarantee the effectiveness and use of the course.
* Children under 9 years old will be accompanied at all times by a monitor and their class will be private.
