You will train with professional instructors who will advise you as the 4-hour course progresses. In this way, the class will be divided intotheory and practice. During the instruction you will learn the basic concepts of physiology, how to relax, how to prepare the necessary safety and, as the waters where we will do the immersion are prolific in marine species, we will also teach you about these.
