Scuba dive under the castle of C.Urdiales

It is incredible how long objects can last in the depths of the sea. Who knows what enormous amounts of relics exist throughout the ocean... but until then, on the coast of Castro Urdiales you can come and visit, diving, some cannons from the War of Independence sunk hundreds of years ago. Enjoy a boat diving trip that will last approximately 3 and a half hours along the Cantabrian Coast, in which you will immerse yourself accompanied by an instructor who will guide you through the depths of these waters.

You have before you the opportunity to practice diving among remains of the history of our country, a plan that is difficult to match. You will only need to have the qualification and medical examination in order, with this and your swimsuit you will be ready for an unparalleled diving in the middle of the Cantabrian Sea.

We can lend you the material at our center, as soon as you arrive and before starting the dive you can have a short talk about safety. At all times the immersion will be with a qualified instructor with whom you will go aboard a semi-rigid boat until you reach the immersion area.

The scuba dive through the remains of the War of Independence is about to begin. This diving adventure can be for all types of levels, or also for courses, since we will dive to a maximum depth of between 10 and 15 m but always with the guarantee that you will have a great time very good.

While we are diving we will be able to see remains of the Santa María cannons, culverins and other weapons and instruments that were thrown into the sea from the top of the Castro Urdiales Castle, not to mention the magnificent ecosystem that we will have around us.
