If you have always wanted to discover diving and know a little more, this is the opportunity or never to get started and explore all its basic techniques.
We therefore offer you anintroduction to diving in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, in the beautiful town of Saint Raphaël, in the department of >Var. It is thus both a way to discover this nautical discipline, but also to explore the seabed of the Mediterranean and admire the fauna and flora of the environment. This initiation is like a first session oflevel 1 diving training.
For your comfort, we are able to offer you three departure locations: Mandelieu-la-Napoule, Saint-Aygulf, or the Corniche d'Or . You can then speak to your instructor after booking.
On your arrival at the agreed location, you will meet your instructor, who will welcome you, get to know you before giving you a short presentation of the activity and a briefing on the basic techniques and the principles of this practice. He will then put you in equipment, to set off on this aquatic adventure.
The boat is put in the water from the coast and not from a boat, so as not to leave any environmental impact. You will start by doing a few exercises suggested by your state-certified instructor, in order to gradually discover the basic notions.
Once all participants are ready for water immersion, the latter will take place. For a duration of between 50 and 60 minutes, you will be exploring the underwater wonders. You will be able to admire common species on the Côte d'Azur, including castagnolles, red mullets, octopuses and much more. A fascinating universe awaits you. You will be inpartial autonomy, accompanied by your instructor. The end of immersion occurs once the air reserves are exhausted. You will therefore return to the surface immediately afterwards.
Good to know:
- The instructor does not take more than 4 people per session.
- Children can be part of this adventure, from the age of 10 and with parental consent.
- At the end of your session, you will be given an initiation certificate.

- We have 3 slots available: 9 a.m. to 11 a.m., 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 7 p.m.
