Have you always looked at the underwater world with a mixture of amazement and curiosity but are you still not convinced to fully embark on the adventure to discover its fauna and flora up close? We have a solution for undecided people like you: a Scuba Discovery course!

If you want to test the waters (or rather, the waters!), this introductory course gives you a little taste of what diving is all about. You will learn basic safety procedures, skills such asear equalization, buddy checks, basic buoyancy control, underwater communication, and basic knowledge of the equipment used. And here, in Turin, all this will be done under the watchful eye of an SDI instructor.

There are 10 theoretical and practical lessons in the pool and two dives in the sea up to a maximum of 9 metres!

Comfort in the water, good physical condition and desire to learn are the only things you will need: it is also suitable for children who have already reached the age of 10 with parental consent.

Pool lessons take place every Monday between 7.30pm and 10pm.
