Precisely because our goal is to promote this activity and make it accessible to anyone, in Capaccio we organize an introductory diving lesson for beginners called Discover Scuba Diver perfect for those who have never breathed underwater.
The course is structured as follows: a first theoretical part and then the practical diving test. During the theoretical part you will be provided with knowledge about the equipment, the marine environment, physics and techniques to maintain freediving. In the second part of the lesson you will be able to put into practice the knowledge acquired during your first dive, which will be carried out in Paestum.
You will reach a depth of maximum 5 meters from the shore;you will always be followed by your instructors and everything will be done in extreme safety.The required requirements are: be at least 10 years old and know how to swim.
