Your unforgettable day of sea and adventure will begin at 9:00 in the morning at the Circolo Nautico Daphne in Mola di Bari. After the introductions and having communicated your knowledge to the captain of the boat, you will be informed about the rules on board and we will be ready to set sail to reach the marine area with an adequate depth, about five meters, where you can try your hand at your first basic level dive. For minors, a signed authorization from the parents or guardian is required.
The onboard staff, made up of expert and passionate instructors, will assist you in all phases of preparation with variable buoyancy vest, tank, regulators, ballast and fins. In this way you will be ready to enter the water from the bridge of the boat. After you have learned the techniques for breathing under water with the aid of a respirator and have achieved a certain familiarity within the aquatic environment, you will be able to enjoy an aperitif on board followed by the return to port at 1.00 pm. During the morning you can dive into the sea and enjoy the splendid waters that the sea of Puglia grants you.
