Are you a person who likes to explore the world with little luggage; with the ease of knowing yourself free of instruments and materials? We have the ideal course for you. Come to Cambrils and sign up for our freediving course that will be taught for 2 and a half days. We will provide you with the necessary training to explore the seabed without the need for artificial oxygen.

The course can be taken in one of our centers, either in Cambrils orl'Hospitalet de l'Infant.In both cases we will train you so that you acquire the necessary skills that will allow you, after completing the internship, practice apnea dives on your own.

You will learn safety aspects that will help you prevent dangers. In addition, we will train you in solving possible problems that may arise during the dive. For this, you will carry out practices in confined waters and in the open sea. What will they consist of? In static and dynamic apnea sessions, in constant and free weight immersion.

To sign up for this course you need:

Be 18 years old (from 16 years old with parental authorization).
Be able to swim 200 meters in a row without the help of fins and 300 meters with equipment (mask and fins)
Medical certificate that allows you to practice freediving.

*The course will not train you to practice competitive apnea.
**For the activity to go ahead, the company must have formed a minimum group of 3 people.
