Baptism diving and marine biology course L'Ametlla

It is not necessary to travel to distant places to discover paradisiacal areas where you can dive. In Spain we have the Mediterranean Sea and its beautiful seabed and the Tarragona province gives a good example of this. In the coastal town of l’Ametlla de Mar we give you the opportunity to prove it through a baptism of diving and a marine biology course that you will love.

As in any beginning, at first everything will sound strange, but it will not take long for you to master the diving vocabulary after receiving the brief theoretical training that we will give so that you know everything you need about safety, the fauna that we will see and the material that we will use during the immersion. All of this from the hand of a professional instructor who will accompany you throughout your first dive in the open sea, in the heart of the Mediterranean.

The dive will be about 5 meters deep in waters famous for bluefin tuna. If you are lucky, you will come across one of these specimens. In addition, the transparency that these waters enjoy will make you enjoy the wide visibility it provides.

Our oceanographic guides will accompany you at all times, adapting to your pace and needs and explaining the curiosities of the fauna and flora to learn more about marine biology.

In total about 3 hours in which you will love to know more about the depths of our Catalan coast, not only theoretically but also witnessing the wonders that the sea hides.

At the end of the experience we will give you a diploma accrediting SSI's Try Scuba program that will certify your diving experience and knowledge of the marine environment.
