To begin this training, we will wait for you at our facilities, located in Ciudadela, near Son Xoriguer beach. Here, in this perfect setting, you will be part of a theoretical lesson in which we will explain the fundamental and key aspects to experience your first day of diving.
When you have learned everything about it, we will get to work on the practical part! It will consist of two dives. One of them will be about 20 to 30 minutes in confined waters, so that you can become familiar with the equipment and feel comfortable. In this case we will enter the shore of Son Xoriguer beach.
Next, once we have overcome the first part of the challenge, the most impressive thing awaits us... A dive in the open sea! In this part of the experience, descend up to 12 meters for 30 to 45 minutes, always with the help of the instructor of this activity, of course! And it is at this point when you will be able to get to know the marine fauna and flora that inhabit this Menorcan area.
After overcoming all the challenges of the Basic Diver SSI course, you will receive the corresponding qualification that will allow you to validate part of the subsequent courses if what you want is to continue with your training as a diver.
