The baptism of the sea will take place from the shore, this means that the instructor will accompany you step by step from the beach of Bergeggi,or to anyshore in Liguria. You will gradually reach a depth of 6 metres. Before diving in there will be a theoretical lesson lasting 30 minutes with DSD eLearning independently under the supervision of an expert: you will learn the basics for move independently and adapt to the density of the water.
The dive will last approximately 20 minutes in total, during which you will be able to admire the enchanting marine flora and fauna that characterize this area of the Ligurian coast, in an environment of total safety .To carry out the dive you can use your own wetsuit, fins and mask, or request complete equipment from the facility.
