The experience itself was great but there were several things that we did not like:
- We had to write at 00h30 on the previous day because we did not have infomming on the meeting point.
- Upon arriving at 8h30, no one explained anything about the organization.
- We arrived at 9h30 and went straight to the activity (30 minutes) and ended at 11h00.
- From 11h00 to 2:30 p.m., we were waiting in the sun parking. No one explained that there would be so much waiting or how the day was organized.
- Water, coffee or anything to eat was proposed (the driver of the truck stopped a breakfast, and a sandwich at 2:30 pm without asking if we wanted to go down to buy something). Nor that we could go swim or wait elsewhere.
- No person from the diving center spoke to us or asked us if we liked it or if it was the first time.
I recommend the activity but without transport, to be able to leave when they want it.
They do not have the social aspect of the company, they are only there to give their activity (Incredible Conchi professionalism). -
