Deal overview
We are located in Mios, just 20 minutesfrom Arcachon and 40 minutesfrom Arès.
You will attend a training course, where you will have the opportunity to assimilate the theoretical knowledge of diving. You will discover theessential basics of diving such as the use of theequipmentwhich will subsequently be made available to you in order to carry out the excursions.
During this course, you will see the differentdiving and launching techniques at sea, as well as the language used to communicate at sea. In order for you to make the most of your dives, we will teach you thestabilization techniques consisting of managing the vest and breathing.
We leave it up to you to choose which formula you wish to achieve. You can choose PA 20, which means that you will operate independently in the 20 meter depth zone. You also have the opportunity to dive to a depth of 40 meters, with the PA 40 formula, accompanied by one of our monitor-instructors.
During your dives you will discover magnificentmarine fauna and flora. You will be amazed by the biodiversity present in the Arcachon Basin, letting you create unforgettable memories.
Good to know:
- This course is for beginners only
- This activity can be done from the age of 12
- You need parental authorization if you are a minor
- You must have a medical certificate of no contraindication to the practice of scuba diving
