You will discover scuba diving and apnea by diving up to 20 meters deepin the Mediterranean waters from the south of France. The fauna and the flora will leave you withunforgettable memories!
This training offers you theoretical online learning so that you understand the concepts in a fun way. Then a practical apprenticeship in the sea, supervised by your instructor, in which you will progress quickly and have fun.
You will obtain your level 1 international SSI certificate!
Schedule of the activity:
We will welcome you for two days at our diving center in Villeneuve-Loubet, a few kilometers from Nice. Your instructor will take care of you and invite you to put down your personal belongings before providing you with the necessary equipment.
For your safety and comfort, all our equipment is checked, maintained and checked before and after each sea trip.
Your instructor will give you a theoretical briefing to remind you of the concepts and the techniques > seen in your online theoretical teaching. He will also give you the rules and the gestures safety to adopt so that your activity goes for the best .
Get on board the boat and go to sea! Enjoy the view from the boat when arriving at the dive site then discover the underwater biodiversity sheltered by the Mediterranean Sea...
You will put your knowledge into practice and develop your skills in this fun learning and supervised. You will know all the apnea techniques in order to be able to practice it in complete autonomy and safely.
At the end of each session, you will do a debriefing with your instructor in order to see your evolution and share your feelings strong> all together!
Finally, we will issue you with your SSI Level 1 international certification card which you can proudly display for your next sea trips!
Good to know:
- For minors, parental authorization is required to practice this freediving training.
- You will need a medical certificate less than one year old from your general practitioner, sports or hyperbaric doctor in order to attest to your physical fitness.
