We offer training at your own pace where you will gradually learn to evolve in the Mediterranean waters up to 20 meters deep. In this theoretical and practical learning, you will be equipped and supervised by our instructors professional > in this beautiful maritime environment.

Training schedule:
- You will be warmly welcomed to our site in Villeneuve-Loubet, very close to Nice to complete your level 1 diving training.
- Our experienced, qualified and passionate instructors will provide you with all the material and equipment necessary before each diving trip. They will also give you a briefing before each session to remind you of the safety rules, the instructions and the site >dive of the day.
- You will have a dive logbook to track your progress.
- These sessions include two hours of theoretical lessons with your instructors in order to understand diving and to know the safe actions, the techniques to respect and the basic notions.
- Afterwards, you will take the boat to go to the site of the day.
- Take advantage of the moments on the open seas to observe the biodiversity and the sublime landscapes that are available to you. You will have the opportunity to acquire the knowledge and the skills necessary to dive up to 20 meters deep independently and in complete safety. security. - At the end of each session, you will carry out a debriefing in order to share your experiences and your feelings. Finally, you will receive your level 1 PE20 FFESSM card.
