Our freediving half-day intro courses are a great alternative to discovering whether freediving is for you or not. We run our sessions at Portrush. Have you been here? It's a stunning place with mesmerising and dramatic cliffs, a rugged coastline and raging and breathtaking oceans perfect for outdoor enthusiasts and thrill seekers.
During your lesson, you'll learn essential techniques to increase your water abilities and confidence. We supply all the equipment and training, including one breathing and relaxation session, one dry breath hold session, one theory session and one open water session. Descending on a line, streamlining, equalisation and relaxation are a few techniques you'll practise during your open water part. Your course will be approximately four hours long.
The minimum age to participate is 12 years old! We welcome individuals and small groups, guaranteeing a personal approach around your needs and convenience. We aim to explore and teach you to progress with bliss and joy! Our facilities include hot-private showers and changing rooms.
