Freediving is about discipline self consciousness and control. It allows you to explore underwater on your terms by holding your breath as much as possible. If you want to challenge yourself to master this adventure, you must try our PADI Discover freediving course.

Our PADI 5* IDC Dive Centre has plenty of experience to teach you the best freediving skills. The first step will be completing our PADI eLearning course which you can take online (we will supply it). It's approximately one hour long. Then, you'll have on-site coaching from one of our PADI instructors.

We supply all the equipment, air fills in the pool and a certification card. Please be aware there's an additional fee to enter the dive site. The minimum age to participate in freediving is 12 years old. You must feel comfortable in the water and know how to swim. We require a moderate fitness level as you must fill out a form to prove you are eligible to go underwater.
