It's never a bad idea to sharpen your freediving techniques. You can always improve and, our freediving training session can be the perfect alternative to have a fun and learning experience!

Have you been to Portrush? It's a delightful area with dramatic cliffs, spectacular ocean views and a rugged coastline. No one regrets visiting this place! A professional and certified instructor will supervise and lead this session by providing the set-up of buoys and ropes at a suitable depth!

You'll receive complete training, guidance and feedback on the essential techniques in a safe, calm and fun atmosphere. We aim to help you progress at your pace! We will evaluate your skills to adapt our session to your individual level. You'll have approximately two hours of freediving, but we guarantee an unforgettable memory.

We run our session for small groups to tailor every detail around your convenience (1-6 participants). The minimum age to participate is 12 years old. It's a fun experience you can't miss!
