This is a course that takes place from Monday to Friday, in the afternoon, specifically from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., during the summer months in July, August or September. The course has a theoretical part of 3 hours and a practical part of 12 hours, as established by the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation.
It is done with amod boat. 595 with double trapeze and asymmetrical spy. In addition, on board you will have harnesses and life jackets. So you will only have to worry about bringing closed-toe sports shoes, your swimsuit and a thin raincoat.
