The day will begin in a small cafeteria in Melgaço, from where we will leave, each one in his vehicle, to the Estagios Center of Melgaço, where the activity will begin. Right there, we will leave you the necessary equipment and our rafting instructor will give you a brief introductory talk before getting on the raft.
This route is about 10 km and can be done all year round, even if the river flow is not so abundant. The tour will begin at the sports center and we will raft down the Miño until finishing in Barcela, in the Concello de Arbo.
Once there in Pontevedra, the activity will have concluded, we will give you a certificate and we will travel together back to Melgaço, where we will eat some donuts and celebrate the day by toasting with Albariño.
To be able to go rafting with us you will only need to know how to swim. The force of the water could tip the raft over, so we recommend bringing dry clothing for after the activity.
Minors may participate, as long as they are over 10 years old or over 1.40 in height. However, for their own safety children will only be able to raft during the summer months.

In the mornings the activity will begin around 11:00 a.m. and at 4:30 p.m. in the afternoons.
