Rafting descent on the Nive 6 hours - Adults

How do we do it?

Firstly, on the day of your activity, you will be received at the reception of our leisure center, where safety instructions will be given by your instructor. This will also be the time to discuss with you how our day went in detail.

Then, he will give you your equipment, before boarding the shuttle which will take you to the starting point for this descent. You will explore the Nive, a river very famous for its water currents and its accessibility to all, on a class II-III course. Once you have your raft, capable of carrying up to eight people, and you have been given a safety briefing, you will be ready to begin this adventure.

We know that your goal is to spend a memorable day with your loved ones, which is why we put everything in place to make this nautical adventure an unforgettable date.

You will sail on the white waters of this river, for a distance of 15 km, taking you through the most breathtaking spots of the Basque Country.

Good to know:

• Meet in the morning at the reception of our nautical base, in Itxassou, less than 20 minutes from Bidarray and less than 40 minutes from Biarritz.
• It is important to bring a change of clothes, as it is possible to take a shower after your activity.
• You must bring shoes suitable for the activity, a bathing suit and towel, sunscreen and a rope to attach your glasses.
• A picnic and a bottle of water are also to be provided.
