This exceptional experience, orchestrated by our team of passionate instructors, a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the region's rivers.
The day begins with a welcome at our base, where you will meet your guides and teammates. A full safety briefing is then given, with a presentation of the equipment, paddling and navigation techniques, as well as safety instructions on the water. We will take you to the starting point of the route in Foix. There you will be equipped with all the necessary equipment (neoprene suit, life jacket, helmet and paddles), carefully checked by our guides.
Once ready, it's the big dive into the white waters of Ariège! Guided by our experts, you will begin your descent, tackling the rapids while learning to maneuver the raft in the various water conditions. For approximately two hours, you will brave the rapids, marvel at the breathtaking landscapes and enjoy a few breaks to breathe, take photos or simply enjoy the scenery. You'll be surprised how much fun you can have while meeting the challenges the river offers you.
After the excitement of the descent, a vehicle will be waiting for you at the finish to take you back to base. This is an opportunity to share your impressions, your laughs and your highlights of the adventure over a refreshment.
