You will be entitled to a few short instructions at the start, then to the provision of the equipment. You will wear a life jacket, wetsuits and neoprene socks and will have a protective helmet on your head.
You will then need to bring with you a swimsuit, a towel, and especially sports shoes. And a wire to support your glasses if you have them and not lose them. As for valuable objects and accessories, remember to hang them on or not take them.
