Rafting is one of the most spectacular river activities, but also one of the safest if safety instructions are followed. It is therefore an excellent way to easily have fun in a friendly way in complete safety thanks to a fun, sensational and original activity . You will need to be cohesive and listen carefully to the guide who will be on board with you.
The excellent quality of our boats, the presence of a qualified instructor and the practice in team allow us to affirm that rafting is suitable for almost everyone. The raft is perfect for a first approach to the river and water sports. This will also allow you to observe the Nive Valley and discover the fabulous landscapes that surround it.
We'll tell you a little more about how this activity takes place. The raft crew members are each equipped with a paddle and are partially seated in the raft, one leg bent and the other extended to try to balance. An instructor sits at the stern to direct the boat.
Children can go rafting from 6 years old. However, they must be accompanied by one of their parents or by a legal representative.
Depending on the model, the rafts can accommodate 3 to 10 people. The difficulty varies depending on the type of river and its flow, but the activity remains accessible to beginners in the subject.
We provide you with a protective helmet, buoyancy aid, full neoprene suit and a single paddle. For your part, bring a swimsuit and towel, a pair of closed shoes, a sunglasses clip if necessary and sunscreen. Changing rooms and showers are available to our customers as well as a picnic area with table and barbecue.
