Ahalf day that they will spend in the company of anexpert instructor, aboard a raft to explore the Gave d'Oloron, between Soeix and Orin, in the heart of the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Theraft descent will then take place in this Béarnaise river, which is characterized by its speed and its natural and raw side. The state-certified instructor who will accompany them will listen to them and will make sure to reassure them, supervise them and keep a close eye on them. He will carry out a very clear and detailed briefing, in order to explain to them all the points necessary for things to go smoothly. He will thus ensure that all participants understand the security measures to be respected.
They will, moreover, be surrounded by landscapes as far as the eye can see which will allow them to visit the region differently and explore new horizons. Anactivitythat combines business with pleasure, for maximum thrills and maximum discovery.
Procedure:
- At 9:30 a.m. or 2 p.m. depending on your choice of time, the instructor will welcome you at the previously defined meeting point, in order to gather all the participants and give them a briefing.
- Then, the latter will proceed to the distribution of equipment: raft, paddles, neoprene suit, vest and headphones...
- The group will then head to the descent location in Soeix, where the instructor will help everyone set up and make their departure.
- The descent lasts 2 hours, children will take advantage of these moments aboard the raft to have fun and visit the places ofSoeix to Orin.
- You must be able to swim and make physical efforts to be able to experience this adventure.
- You must bring a pair of closed shoes, sun protection, a towel, a swimsuit and a bottle of water forhydrate.
