Our rafting experience is unique, challenging and above all, fun. In a group of 4 to 10 people, you board your inflatable boat with an experienced instructor at the back to keep control. You have to row and balance your boat if you want to ride the waves and rapids. You will also need to demonstrate the ability to work in a team!
Your departure will be from Rabioux, a whitewater site flowing from the magnificent Durance River. You will thus travel 11 km from Rabioux, to Châteauroux-les-Alpes, half an hour from the Écrins National Park and Embrun >. This descent is made to welcome you, whether you are a beginner or experienced. So don't worry if you've never done this activity.
In addition, once you arrive at our leisure center, you will be directly supervised by an instructor, who will give you all the necessary information and basic principles, in a briefing . Your activity will thus be a little clearer and you will know a little more how to implement your techniques, in order to progress on the rapids. All the equipment will be at your disposal and will promise you optimal protection and security.
Good to know:
- The minimum age to participate in this descent is eight years old.
- You must take with you a swimsuit and a bath towel, as well as closed shoes.
- The meeting point is the Rabioux wave.
Activity possible from 4 participants. If the minimum is not reached, you will be offered a postponement to another date.
