This sensational rafting descent takes place in the Pierre-Lys gorges, nicknamed the Pierre-Lys parade. This very narrow river valley offers exceptional opportunities for having fun on your inflatable boats. Between rapids, cascades, currents and waves you will be served in terms of sports and emotions! The adrenaline rush and the total fun are yours. You will leave for a 7 km descent which requires an hour to an hour and a half to complete. You will have time to enjoy it!
rafting will test your team cohesion. In fact, you will embark with our instructor in teams of 4 to 8 people. You will need to coordinate your movements well to steer and balance the boat if you don't want to end up in the water! Rafting can sometimes seem extreme since this sport offers thrills, but it remains very safe. This is an ideal way to have fun without risking injury.
Our sports course is accessible to everyone from the age of 13. You must feel physically fit and not have any medical contraindications to practicing thiswater sport. It is also required that you know how to swim. If your boat ever rolls over, you must be able to move through the water.
To make your rafting trip easier, we provide you with all the necessary equipment: wetsuits, helmets, life jackets and paddles. This is in good condition and meets current standards. You must still bring a swimsuit, a towel and a pair of sneakers.
If you are ready to go on an adventure, it takes place at our base in Axat, just 1 hour 20 minutes from Perpignan.
