If you’ve never ridden an ATV before, or you want to learn the basics properly, book this introductory quad biking session. We’ll take you on a journey through the woods, tackling natural obstacles and some that we’ve built ourselves.
We use powerful quads with 450 cc engines and power steering and disc brakes which are just right for our challenging route. We also supply helmets and safety equipment.
The sessions are run by instructors with experience in off-roading activities and certification to teach others how to do them. They start with the basics and then build up the skills and techniques. There will be no more than 4 participants per instructor.
Here on the shore of Derwentwater, in Cumbria’s Lake District National Park, we’ve got all kinds of surfaces and terrain to tackle. And we’re less than 5 miles from Keswick!

Sessions are available at 10 am, 12 pm and 2:30 pm from April to October.
