This offer does NOT require prior knowledge about powerboating, as it is also for beginners and participants from 12 years old and above. However, we could only accommodate up to 3 people per course.
The International Certificate of Competence has its basis on this exciting two-day training, which gives skills and background information required to drive a powerboat independently.
Launching, planning operations, tying, man overboard recovery, anchoring, confined space managing, crash prevention, and the ability to handle the vessels at planning velocities are some topics covered while training. Because this is a coastal certification, it covers the fundamentals of maneuvering, passage planning, and the opportunity to arrange and complete a short journey in permitted conditions.
We have trained instructors who will guide you and give you a safety briefing. There's also a manual, a logbook, and a certificate included. An endorsed certificate will be given to candidates under the age of 16.
