Welcome to Powerboating RYA Level 1! Powerboating combines the relaxing pace of a pleasant cruise with the adrenaline rush of zipping over open water. The activity will be in Teignmouth, Devon.
This course is an excellent introduction to powerboating for participants eight years old and above, covering boat control and water safety for one day. Pre-departure and pre-start inspections, necessary knots, the impact of winds and tidal waves on boat management, and some essential principles to be observed on the water are all covered in this course.
Our experienced instructors will be there to guide you! Moreover, we could accommodate up to 3 participants per session. We also have included a logbook and a handbook for this course, and there is no prior knowledge necessary as this is ideal for beginners. After the session, a certificate is awarded.
