Don’t worry, they're not just for watersports aces, almost anyone can become proficient at paddleboarding. That’s what participants realise when they join us for a taster session.
These sessions are two hours long and most of it - apart from a safety briefing on dry land - is spent on the water. The waterway in question is the beautiful River Leam which cuts through Royal Leamington Spa and into the countryside of Warwickshire.
Our experienced coaches will help you find your feet on the board, no matter how nervous you are before starting. By the end of the session, you’ll be exploring the grassy banks of the river with ease.
All equipment is supplied. That includes the board and the paddle as well as a buoyancy aid and wetsuits when the weather makes them necessary. You’ll need a pair of trainers or wet shoes to wear on the board - and don’t forget dry clothes and a towel!
