At the agreed time we will pick you up in a pick-up at the hotel where you are staying, we will drive to Playa Brujas, where we will give you the lesson. The class will begin with the theoretical part, telling you about the behavior of the ocean, the postures that you must maintain on the board and the paddle, but above all about balance. You will be able to test your patience and concentration. But in the end you will achieve it with the support of trained staff. The package includes all the tools and a lycra shirt. At the end of the theoretical learning in the sand, we will enter the sea.
You will begin to test what you have learned by rowing, once you have mastered this first part, you will begin to test your balance. No matter how many times it takes you to master it, you will get back on your feet. SUP is a fun and progressive sport, since you can enjoy it in calm waters and as you progress, you can practice it with waves, perfecting your technique.
At the end of this new experience, we will take you back to your hotel.
