If you want to enjoy a peaceful activity on the lake during your days off, paddle surfing is definitely what you need. You can row quietly for an hour enjoying the fantastic landscapes of Benavente, about thirty minutes from Lisbon.
The meeting point for the activity will be at our office in Santarém. Once there, we'll grab our gear and head to the lake to start the day of stand up paddleboarding. This sport is very complete, as you exercise absolutely your entire body; of course, the arms and torso when paddling, but also the legs when they are tense on the board to maintain balance.
If at any point during the activity you feel tired, don't worry, you can always kneel on the SUP board and even relax lying on it while letting yourself be carried away by the Santo Estevão lagoon. Furthermore, at the end of the activity you can stop by our bar for a drink and relax in the spa we have on our premises.
During your free time, we recommend visiting some of the capital's architectural gems, such as the Castelo de São Jorge or the Lisbon Cathedral. Of course, you can't leave the city without trying the bacalhau à brás and the Belém pastries.
