You will meet the instructor at the Marina de Oeiras marina, at the mouth of the Tajo. There they will leave you the SUP equipment and the instructor will give you a brief talk to introduce you to paddle surfing. Once you are ready you will get into the water and the session will begin.
In case you have never practiced it before, you will be happy to know that stand up paddle is a very complete sport. You will exercise your entire body by paddling standing up on the board. The tour will consist of a route through different beaches and forts in the area and you will stop to rest to enjoy an appetizer and regain strength.
As you will surely want to enjoy many of the wonders that there are in Lisbon during your stay, you should not miss the Lisbon Cathedral nor the Saint George Castle, two of the places most emblematic of the city.
