This one-hour introduction tostand-up paddle is aimed at beginners who wish to benefit from the advice of ainstructor before launching alone in the discipline. You will therefore start with a briefing and explanations on the sand in order to clearly understand the movements.
After putting on sun cream and putting on your lifejacket you will take your board and start practice on the water. You will discover that with the advice of the instructor and the different techniques that you you will progress very quickly and will quickly be able to paddle and move around without problems.
Throughout the activity you will be able to enjoy the superb views on Reunion Island and more particularly on the bay of Saint-Paul.
You will discover new sensations during the activity by gliding quietly on the water with your board. At the end of the hour you will have made a lot of progress and you will feel ready to leave /strong> alone.
