It is an activity which takes place in the great outdoors, on preferably calm bodies of water and a soothing atmosphere in order to have more stability. This is why classes are usually held very early in the morning or very late in the evening, where the sea is calm enough to practice yoga on the board.
Listening to yourself, respecting your own body and connecting with yourself are the basis for success in this course. All your muscles will be used during the effort and you will gain strength and firmness as the class progresses. The equipment will be provided to you and the activity will preferably be carried out very early in the morning for calmer, even flat water to maintain stability on the board. Or quite late in the evening for the same reasons, but above all to enjoy the wonderful sunset that you will have in front of you.
Access to the activity is authorized from the age of 12, but for minors who wish to participate, parental consent may be sufficient.
