In the Moulin de la Rive Beach, a beach in Locquirec very well known for attracting fans of surfing and water activities in >Brittany, you will spend an hour and a half discovering a new variation of Stand Up Paddle with a small surf area. If you have never tried this discipline or if you are a surfing lover, you will certainly have a great time.
Procedure:
- Arrival at the Moulin de la Rive beach at the time indicated to you by the instructor. The latter will welcome you there.
- The equipment (paddle and paddle) will then be loaned to you to carry out your activity.
- The instructor will then give you a briefing. It will reveal to you all the elements necessary to be able to carry out this outing in good conditions. He will give you tips and techniques for standing on the paddle and playing with the waves so that you can stay in control. Safety instructions will also be presented to you.
- Time to practice! You set off to conquer the seaaccompanied by your experienced instructor, who will not let you go for a moment.
- After 1 hour in the water, you will finish this activity by returning to the beach and handing over the equipment to the staff.
