Paddle surf course 1 day Playa de Patos

Don't be left wanting to try paddle surf with this 2 hour course at Playa de Patos in the town of Nigrán , in Pontevedra.

We will give you the initial notions of this sport or we will delve into your technique if you already have some experience. The training will be personalized to your needs within small groups, since for this we have the best instructors, all professional and federated.

To practice the course we provide you with the best materials, from the board to the neoprene and complementary accessories. In our training program you will be able to discover the different modalities of paddle surfing, such as wave, crossing or race.

Also after the course you will be able to see for yourself the great health benefits of this activity, which are those that refer to strengthening muscles and body balance.

You will also learn the different stretches to do both before and after the activity.

We have facilities with changing rooms and hot showers so you can change.

Paddle surfing is a relatively simple discipline in which it will be very easy for you to advance as soon as you dedicate a little time to it. That's why with these 2 days in which we will focus intensively on sup you will have gained a lot of ground.

The course consists of a total of 4 hours of lessons on Patos Beach. So that it is not exhausting, they will be distributed, within the same weekend, in 2 hours of class on Saturday and the remaining 2 hours on Sunday.

The choice of Patos Beach, in the town of Nigrán, is due to the excellent quality of its waters which has made it an essential event among surfers who come to this part of Galicia. As it is accessible for any level, we can paddle surf in it without any problem for a course in which:

• We will lend you the material that you are going to use: the large surface board, the paddle that you carry with you and the neoprene that protects you from the water temperature.
• The training is led by instructors who are part of the Galician Surf Federation. This way you will know that you are facing quality learning with which you will avoid injuries and defects in incorrect postures.
• There will be at most 5 participants for each of the monitors so that we can be completely attentive to you.

When we finish each session, all you have to do is enter the school building to change and take a shower with warm water, proud of everything you have learned.
