Maybe this is your first time trying SUP, or perhaps you have some previous experience, but you are looking for fun and not a very long session to enjoy. For young and older adventurers, we bring this half-day standup paddleboarding session available for every level assuring a great time navigating different waters. During this tour, we will be on a journey at Pembrokeshire, precisely in the beautiful river of Teifi and, if we have good conditions, across the St Davids coast.

This is a half-day session and can be adjusted to your level and desire of goals to achieve during the tour. All levels are welcome, but for this group session, we ask for a minimum age of 8 years. Additionally, know that you will have a guide instructing you on anything you might need to complete and finish this SUP experience.

Know that this is a group session, can be done with a group up to 8 per group. Also provided will be all the equipment you will need for the tour; stand up paddleboard, wetsuit, paddle, helmet, and buoyancy aid. Bring any other equipment you think you might need, and do not forget to come with a swimming suit, a towel, snacks if wanted, and shoes to get wet.
